Formelaustria Young Driver Programme partner, More than Equal, is joining forces with F1 ACADEMY™ in a ground-breaking cooperation to accelerate the development of female talent in motorsport.

As the official Driver Performance & Research Partner, More than Equal will leverage its expertise in high-performance development and data-driven insights to support F1 ACADEMY’s mission of increasing female representation at the highest levels of racing.
F1 ACADEMY Managing Director Susie Wolff will join More than Equal’s Advisory Board, bringing her extensive experience and leadership in female motorsport development.
“More than Equal is fueling meaningful progress with insightful, industry-leading research. By coming together, and with the committed support of More than Equal, we will be an even stronger force for positive change in motorsport – with action, not just words,” Wolff said.
Founded by businessman and philanthropist Karel Komárek and former F1 driver David Coulthard, More than Equal is dedicated to finding and developing the first female Formula 1 World Champion.
Soon after coming to life in June 2024, the Formelaustria Young Driver Programme set up a collaboration with More than Equal, as it is also the Austrian-based academy’s focus to push female talent.
More than Equal development driver Kristyna Kalistova has already proven her talent testing with our Renauer Motorsport team and the young Czech is prone to enter some races with the Formelaustria Young Driver Programme later in the season.
