Karlsson drives third Formelaustria Young Driver Programme car

Renauer Motorsport’s third entry for round 2 of the F4 CEZ Championship at the Red Bull Ring is driven by a Swedish F4 ace and presented by programme partner TGI AG

Formelaustria Young Drivers Simon Schranz and Hady Mimassi are the Renauer Motorsport regulars in this year’s F4 Central Europe campaign. However, for round 2 of the championship, the Austrian outfit and the country’s only junior driver academy are fielding a third car, which will be driven by Swede William Karlsson.

“We have been working with William in the Italian F4 Championship in the past and have hired him as our driver coach for the 2025 season. Hence, he was the obvious choice for our third car” team boss Sepp Renauer said.

The third entry was made possible by programme partner TGI AG, an internationally pioneering company based in Liechtenstein setting new standards in gold trading. In addition to the classic instant purchase, TGI offers innovative contract models, with coordinated discount structures that are causing a stir in the industry.

“In order to celebrate our partnership with TGI, we are sporting a third car fully branded in their CI, and are hosting a Paddock party at the weekend,” programme director Harry Miltner explained.

TGI Head of Smart Sponsoring Franz-Josef König will be on-site and is looking forward to the event. “Motorsport is a crucial part of our engagement identity. So, I am happy that we have teamed up with the Formelaustria Young Driver Programme and can present ourselves to the teams and fans this coming weekend.”
