“Start Your Engines!” was the motto last weekend at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, where guests were treated to an unparalleled two-day event full of luxury and racing excitement during the Austrian Grand Prix.

Two exclusive events combined the racing spirit of Formula 1 with luxurious experiences, such as the presentation of a Formula 4 car branded in the Ritz colors at the Atmosphere Rooftop Bar Perrier-Jouët Summer Garden.
On Saturday, “The Grand Prix Preview” was a culinary brunch highlight accompanied by sparkling champagne, signature cocktails, and a live DJ featuring the Formula 1 qualifying at the Red Bull Ring, with live commentary from F1 expert Harry Miltner in the elegant D-Bar. For the first time in Vienna, a Tatuus F4 T421 Gen 2 Formula 4 racing car was lifted by crane almost 50 meters above the city’s rooftops onto the hotel’s roof terrace.
Race Sunday was themed “The After Party,” where the Grand Prix, which ended in a McLaren one-two, was celebrated in style at the Atmosphere Rooftop Bar Perrier-Jouët Summer Garden with Grand Prix signature cocktails, live DJ sets, and after-partying.

Guests included amongst distinguished businessmen, the two F1 Academy drivers Mathilda Paatz and Nicola Havrda, as well as Carmen Montero Mundt, the partner of F1 driver George Russell, and Formelaustria Young Driver Programme participants Simon Schranz and Luis Moser.
“We are very proud to have brought Formula 1 closer to the guests of the Ritz Carlton Vienna through these two events. As a partner of the Mercedes AMG F1 Team, our brand has close ties to motorsport’s elite class. Therefore, it was important to us to celebrate the race weekend in Austria in a fitting manner,” said Ritz Carlton Vienna General Manager Ned Capeleris.
“I would like to thank my team here at the hotel, as well as Harry Miltner, HM Sports and Renauer Motorsport for the perfect execution of the event,” the Australian continued.
